U.N. General Assembly brings rolling street closures to NYC through the week

Each autumn, the United Nations General Assembly calls the world's leaders to Manhattan, and the city rearranges itself around their presence. Beginning this Sunday, rolling street closures will spread across New York in waves, sealing off blocks to pedestrians, vehicles, or both, with no fixed hour-by-hour map to guide those caught in between.
