In a Thane apartment spanning three thousand square feet, architects Jasem Pirani and Huzefa Rangwala of MuseLAB accepted a constraint — neutral tones only — and transformed it into a meditation on what design truly is when color is removed from the conversation. Working within beiges, grays, and whites, they discovered that restraint is not the enemy of richness but its quieter form. The project speaks to a broader human longing: not for spaces that impress, but for spaces that hold.
