Aaron Sorkin, the Oscar-winning architect of morally urgent dialogue, has returned to Facebook — both as subject and as platform — with a new series called 'The Social Reckoning.' Where his earlier work dramatized the founding of a digital empire as a story of ambition and betrayal, this project asks what accountability looks like after the empire has already changed the world. It is a writer's wager that storytelling can still carry the weight of human dignity inside systems built to monetize it.
