A sweeping study of more than 3,500 employees across thirteen industries finds that nearly four in five workers now use AI daily, while fewer than two in five have received meaningful training to do so wisely. The gap is not merely a skills deficit — it is a question of whether organizations will treat their people as partners in transformation or simply as early adopters left to navi
